Narcissus Riyadh Hotel & Spa

I like the location because it is 5 minutes away from my place of work. Very convenient in downtown Riyadh. The hotel and room is super clean, very comfortable and quiet.

This hotel and my room are very beautiful. I was also very positively surprised by the dinner. There are a couple of chefs, who can cook for you whatever you like depends on the section. Fish, sushi, meat, salads, pasta - like everything you want. And everything is sooo soo super fresh. And the arabic sweets. I notices that the staff who help you with the lagguage, and those who bring you to the room: they were sooo extremly friendly, helpful and polity. Love this. Also the host at the buffet reastaurant and the staff - absolutley great service.

Wonderful hotel in the best location in Riyadh. Right next to Centria Mall, main shopping street with lots of restaurants and shops. They upgraded us to a suite and it was truly like a palace and one of the best rooms we have stayed at. Very luxurious rooms. The staff, service, rooms, spa ( jacuzzi,sauna), gym, breakfast all excellent. We really enjoyed the saudi coffee and dates in the lobby.

Fancy property and grand. Clean and spacious rooms and comfortable beds. I stayed there for almost one month and was very comfortable. I love that there is a menu for pillows to choose what is comfortable for you. The amenities in the room were quite modern. Staff is very friendly and buffet options are massive and very delicious buffet food. Location is quite central in Riyadh and easy to get to, and bas so many restaurants, malls, shops around.

I recently had the privilege of staying at the luxurious Narcissus Riyadh Hotel & Spa. From the outset, the property's design and facilities truly resonate with grandeur. My room was nothing short of a sanctuary – exceptionally clean, abundantly comfortable with a bathroom setup that's unparalleled in its appeal. However, a couple of issues marred my otherwise delightful stay. The first was the overpowering sound from a wedding party. Despite being on the third floor, the music was so loud it impeded my sleep. Though the staff was understanding and promptly moved me to the fifth floor, it was an inconvenience that shouldn't have occurred in the first place at such a prestigious hotel. The second matter of concern was the lingering smell of cigarette smoke in both rooms. For those sensitive to or disliking the scent of smoke, this can be rather off-putting. On the gastronomic front, both dinner and breakfast were astounding. The buffet is diverse and lavish, making every meal an exciting culinary journey. However, a small suggestion for the management would be to elevate the coffee experience at breakfast by opting for quality coffee beans and fresh milk. In conclusion, the Narcissus Riyadh Hotel & Spa certainly ranks high on the list of luxury accommodations. The attentive and courteous staff is its crown jewel. While my feedback points out areas of potential improvement, it's worth noting that the overall experience was top-notch. Here's to hoping they take this feedback constructively and continue striving for unparalleled excellence.
